Privacy policy
Life organiser · last updated 18 October 2026
Life organiser is a private tool run by one household for its own use. It has no other users and isn't offered to the public. This policy explains what it does with Google user data.
What it accesses
- Gmail (read only). Recent messages in the household's own mailbox, to find events, bills, tasks and reminders. It never sends, changes or deletes mail.
- Google Calendar. It creates events on the household's calendar, and reads back the events it created to notice when they are moved or deleted.
- Google Drive (only its own files). It saves copies of the household's backups to a folder it creates in the household's Drive. It can't see any other files.
How it uses the data
Message content is used only to sort the household's own life admin. It is processed by automated services, including Google's own APIs, and the results are stored in the household's private database, on a server only the household can reach. Short notifications about new items go to the household's own chat app.
Sharing
Google user data is not sold, shared with or transferred to anyone else, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. No person other than the household reads it.
Storage and deletion
Data is kept in the household's private database and its backups, which are pruned after a set number of days. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account's third-party access page, and the database can be deleted at any time.
Limited Use
Life organiser's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
